3 Things To Consider Before Renting a Prestige Car.
If you are a business in the Asia region and you want to make the right first impression when meeting with new clients then it makes perfect sense that you would want to turn up to any meeting in a prestige vehicle. Clients want you to look the part if they want to give you their business and so if you look successful then it follows that you will have success. Asian culture dictates that you must show your success and if that means renting a luxury car or buying a brand-new suit, then that’s what you do. Choosing a car can be quite difficult and so you should do your research on your prospective client and try to find out what kind of vehicle that they drive and then turn up in a similar one.
If you have never been involved in renting a top-end sport car, then there are a number of things that need to be considered before you decide on the vehicle that you want and the experience that you want to have in it. The following are just some things that you need to consider before renting a prestige sports car.
- Do your homework – Just because you feel that renting a sports car will be an excellent way to provide the best first impression with a new client, you shouldn’t just assume that there will be a car on the lot when you arrive there. Much like preparing to be a mother, planning ahead of time so that you are not disappointed can make sure that there is a sports car waiting for you when you arrive. Many people forget to book their vehicle before they leave their country of origin and so they are massively disappointed when they arrive there to find out that the rental car showroom doesn’t have the model that they want.
- Consider your baggage – It may be that you have decided that a specific sports car suits your needs like a Porsche, but you need to consider the amount of baggage that you will be carrying with you when you go to meet your clients. Maybe you have a laptop, lots of sales literature and samples as well and so you need to make sure that your sports car has enough room in the boot to fit all of these things.
- Don’t get billed for extra mileage – You need to figure out how many kilometres that you will cover for your whole trip and check what the limit is on daily kilometres. You do not want to be going over the stipulated maximum distance taking a visit to a beautiful beach and so consider this before you decide on who you want to rent your sports car from.
One very important thing is to make sure that your insurance covers most eventualities because you do not want to find yourself involved in a road traffic accident and then find that you have to put your hand in your own pocket to pay to get the car fixed, and any other vehicles involved in the accident.
